Marketing Officer

Your role

The Marketing officer is responsible for assisting the marketing department with planning and implementation across various projects in the department.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Support : 
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies targeting farmers and dealers.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities focused on engaging the target audience.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and collateral tailored for farmers and dealers.

• Digital Marketing Execution:
  • Manage social media accounts and content creation targeted at farmers and dealers.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics specific to the target audience.
  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns targeting farmers and dealers as core targets and the general public by leveraging our own digital channels and Digital PR outlets.

• Engagement activities for Farmers and Dealers:
  • Plan and organize engagement activities such as farm visits, workshops, and training sessions for farmers and dealers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate field events and product demonstrations.
  • Collect feedback and insights from farmers and dealers to inform marketing strategies on a quarterly basis which we will consolidate and share with the Global Team.

• Brand and Product Support:
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across marketing materials targeting farmers and dealers through the Dealer Certification Initiative.
  • Support product launches and promotional events tailored for farmers and dealers.
  • Coordinate with the sales teams to provide marketing support and materials for engaging farmers and dealers.

• Administrative Support:
  • Maintain databases of farmers and dealers for targeted marketing activities.
  • Sharing monthly reports on the activities of the Farm advisors.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management for engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for engagement events and activities with dealers and farmers.

• Educational Requirements and Experiences:
  • Degree/ HND or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration / Management Studies
  • 3+ years of work experience in marketing, office management and Public Relations
