Stores Officer

The Store Officer is responsible for the promotion of the company’s products. Properly manage and maintain the inventory of our goods thereby increasing sales in the shop.

Responsibilities

·        Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, issuing and assuring quality of goods supplied

·        Measure and report on the effectiveness of Stores activities

·        Ensure inventory transactions’ accuracy

·        Maintain items record and document necessary for information

·        Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, ensure safety in the stores

·        Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

·        Confer and coordinate stores activities with User departments for stock replenishment and stock counts

·        Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements and Experiences                              

·        HND or its equivalent in Purchasing and Supply / Supply Chain management

·        2+ years of work experience in a similar role
