FAQ: Transition from Koudijs to De Heus

Koudijs Ghana is becoming De Heus Ghana to align with our parent company, De Heus, a global leader in animal nutrition. This change reflects our growth and strengthens our position while maintaining the same commitment to customers and dealers.

No. Koudijs Ghana and De Heus Ghana are the same organization. The company ownership remains unchanged. Only the brand name is changing.  

Yes. De Heus operates a feed factory in Ghana, producing feed locally to serve Ghanaian farmers more effectively.  

Tell them: "Only the name is changing. The people, quality, products, and commitment remain the same."  

Eventually, the De Heus brand will become the primary brand in Ghana. During the transition period, some products and materials may still carry the Koudijs name.  

The transition is happening gradually. During this period, you may see both Koudijs and De Heus branding in the market.  

No. Product availability remains unchanged. The transition primarily affects the branding, not the products themselves.  

No. The quality, nutritional value, and performance of our feeds remain the same. Only the brand name and packaging are changing.  

No. Farmers can expect the same product quality and feeding performance they know and trust.  

Yes. The same team remains available to support you and your customers.  

Your partnership remains in place. The rebranding does not affect our commitment to existing dealers.  

Yes. Dealer support, marketing support, training opportunities, loyalty programs, and dealer classifications remain available.  

Yes. Dealer loyalty programs and incentive structures remain part of our commitment to dealer success.

No. Dealers can continue ordering through the available ordering channels. Any changes to contact details will be communicated in advance.  

The rebranding itself does not change pricing. Prices continue to be determined according to existing pricing policies and logistics considerations.

Yes. Dealers will gradually receive De Heus-branded materials such as banners, brochures, signboards, and promotional support.
